Working at ICAN

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the systems currently in place (specialized software for the platforms, CRM/ERP dolibarr, Novabricks software package, Office 365, Onedrive/Sharepoint), maintaining the reliability of the network that allows the interconnection of tools and computer equipment, as well as participating in the evolution of the IS in connection with the needs of the IHU-ICAN teams.

Attached to the CRB manager, you participate in the operation of a Biological Resource Center (CRB) specializing in metabolism and cardiology according to quality and GLP standards.

Under the responsibility of the Director of Communication and Patronage, the Communication and Fundraising Officer will be responsible for participating in the development of the IHU’s communication actions, particularly on digital communication and contributing to the sponsorship actions.

Under the responsibility of the director of communication and sponsorship, the graphic designer will be responsible for creating off-line and on-line communication tools. The ICAN is deploying a new visual identity, the graphic designer will be the guarantor of compliance with the new graphic charter that he will have to implement on all communication tools.

Reporting to the head of the Legal & Valorization Pole of ICAN and in connection with the head of the Scientific Operations Pole, the research valorization business manager helps to identify, detect and give visibility to the innovation offer of the IHU-ICAN scientific community.

The valorization business manager will have to work in a coordinated manner with all the ICAN Poles, in particular the platforms, the clinical platform and the communication, as well as with the valorization and technology transfer units of the founders of IHU-ICAN, INSERM, SU and AP-HP.
